Here is a simple recipe for an easy to make, no bake, cherry cheesecake. After only one slice this smooth, creamy and delicious dessert will have you hooked and wanting piece after piece. As a dessert lover it's one of my all time favorites.
Ingredients
- 1 8oz block of original Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 10" graham cracker pie crust
- 1 21oz can of cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Place the softened block of cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and whip with a blender on low speed until smooth for three minutes.
- Add the can of sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese and whip on medium speed for another three minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract and the cinnamon to the batter. Whip on high speed for another three minutes. By now the cheesecake batter should be nice, smooth and thick.
- Pour your batter into the 10" graham cracker pie crust and top with the can of cherries. Cover and freeze for about three hours and thaw when you're ready to serve it. Serves eight.
*Note: You will have some extra left over batter. It would be a good idea to get some mini graham cracker pie crust shells for this.
Thanks for trying our recipe. Until next time. Besos!
