The Papaya & Banana Tropical Smoothie is very easy to make, smooth tasting, refreshing and very healthy. This wonderful smoothie is rich in vitamins C and B6, potassium, antioxidants and is low in fat.


The Papaya & Banana Tropical Smoothie makes up to 4, 12 ounce servings. It makes a great light meal or a snack. *For the best taste results use fresh fruit, especially the papaya.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend at medium speed for approximately 90 seconds for a smoother and creamier smoothie.

  3. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
